MDG Screening Process

Medical Group Screening Process (current as of March 18, 2020)

1. Call the COVID-19 Hotline (609-754-9050) if you have reason to believe you’ve been exposed to COVID-19 and/or have questions.

2. All vehicles will be directed to a single point of entry (West/Pharmacy side of the clinic)

3. Those with COVID-19 symptoms will stay on the West/Pharmacy side of the clinic and receive service in their parked vehicle or in the medical tents at either end of the parking lot.

4.Those without symptoms will be directed to the East/Coffee Shop side of the clinic and allowed access in the facility.

Separating our patients will help reduce spreading COVID-19.

REMINDER TO SERVICE MEMBERS - Falsifying statements are punishable under the UCMJ.

Please be honest in the screening process. Your actions effect everyone.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we implement these important measures. There will likely be some delays and inconveniences associated with this new process. The MDG team will continue to provide trusted care to you and your family. Thank you.
