James Kevin Wright, 35, from the 305th Maintenance Operations Squadron, passed away Aug. 25 in his home on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst. Officials say Wright died of natural causes. "Our hearts go out to Wright's friends and family as we mourn the tragic loss of a pivotal member of our unit and family," said Maj. Ash Cannon, 305th MOS commander. "Kevin will be deeply missed but will never be forgotten." Wright was a maintenance training scheduler for the 305th MOS and had served the Air Force for more than 15 years, more than 12 of those at JB MDL. He is survived by his father, Larry Wright; mother, Kathy Bailor; and brother, Master Sgt. Michael Wright. The 305th MOS hosted a memorial service celebrating the life of Staff Sgt. Kevin Wright Sept. 9 at the McGuire Chapel.
