USAF EC recognized for excellence

JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. --  The U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, was recognized with the Air Force Organizational Excellence Award on Nov. 3. 

"When I saw that the Expeditionary Center won this award I wasn't surprised," said Brig. Gen. Richard Devereaux, the center's commander. 

"This just reaffirms the excellence of this organization and its incredible contribution to the combat power of our Air Force. I'm very proud of our EC Eagles." 

The award covers the period from June 6, 2008, to June 5, 2009.
