McGuire challenges Dover in charity ice hockey game

The McGuire Air Force Base All Stars will take on the Dover AFB, Del., All Stars for the second time during a charity ice hockey challenge at the Wachovia Spectrum Jan. 31 at noon, prior to the Philadelphia Phantoms game.

The New Jersey team seeks to be the victor in the 2009 competition and take home the ice hockey trophy currently in Dover's possession.

The teams, comprised of Reserve and active-duty members, are raising funds for the Combined Federal Campaign, which supports Air Force family members in need.

All base members are invited to attend this annual match-up to cheer for the home team. Tickets are available from the McGuire team members listed below for $15 per person. The price includes admission to the Phantoms vs. Albany River Rats game beginning at 7:05 p.m.
