'Tops In Blue', the premiere entertainment showcase of the U. S. Air Force performed at North Hanover's Upper Elementary School May 28 as part of Air Force Week in Philadelphia.

The performance celebrated 55 years as the Air Force's 'Expeditionary Entertainers' by presenting a fun-filled, action-packed performance showcasing musical hits with their own special spin.

"This year, Tops in Blue continued its long-standing tradition of 'family entertaining family' by showing us what has made them so popular for over half a century," said Cristina Velilla, Air Force Week event planner. "We are so pleased the group was able to perform for the school children and their families, who were entertained by various genres of musical style, dazzling lights, costumes and precision choreography."

Air Force Week in Philadelphia will continue through June 2 and provides communities in the Philadelphia metro region the opportunity to see the significant contributions, assets and talents of the U.S. Air Force and its Airmen. The week-long event will culminate with the 2008 McGuire Air Expo, featuring the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds demonstration team, May 31 and June 1.
