McGuire to hold 'Wing Pride Days' Published May 9, 2008 By 305th Civil Engineer Squadron 5/9/2008 -- McGuire members will participate in Wing Pride Days May 15 and 16, by planting flowers to help base grounds beautification efforts. The 305th Civil Engineer Squadron has developed a base beautification plan to achieve the wing vision of being the "premier joint base community and air mobility center of excellence," which will result in the base having a landscape that's awash with begonias, petunias, marigolds, Japanese maples, Bradford pears, eastern redbuds and other assorted landscaping across its grounds. Flowers, directions, tools and assistance will be provided to the participants by the McGuire CE Self-Help center. Participants are asked to bring their yard tools.
