Air Force Secretary Michael W. Wynne speaks during the first C-17 Synthetic Fuel Transcontinental Flight ceremony here Dec. 17. Left to right, Maj. Gen. Frederick Roggero, director of air, space and information operations, Kevin Billings, deputy assistant secretary of the Air Force for environment, safety and health, and Col.
