305 MSS to hold briefings on new evaluation forms Published July 20, 2007 By Senior Airman Danielle Johnson 305th Air Mobility Wing Public Affairs MCGUIRE AFB, N.J. -- The 305th Mission Support Squadron will hold informational briefings on the new evaluation and feedback forms in the base theater July 25-27 and July 31. The hour-long briefing will include informational slides and training followed by a Q and A session at the end Though all grades will receive the same briefing, the time slots were assigned to different grade levels to allow more grade-specific discussion and questions. The scheduled briefing times are: July 25, 3 p.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant 6 p.m. - technical sergeant through chief master sergeant July 26, 3 p.m. - officers 6 p.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant July 27, 8 a.m. - technical sergeant through chief master sergeant 10 a.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant July 31, 7 a.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant 9 a.m. - officers Air Force officials recently introduced the new evaluation and feedback forms as part of the personnel process transformation. The changes to the forms are designed to make them more user-friendly while accurately reflecting an Airman's performance.
