The 305th Mission Support Squadron will hold informational briefings on the new evaluation and feedback forms in the base theater July 25-27 and July 31.

The hour-long briefing will include informational slides and training followed by a Q and A session at the end

Though all grades will receive the same briefing, the time slots were assigned to different grade levels to allow more grade-specific discussion and questions.

The scheduled briefing times are:

July 25, 3 p.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant
6 p.m. - technical sergeant through chief master sergeant

July 26, 3 p.m. - officers
6 p.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant

July 27, 8 a.m. - technical sergeant through chief master sergeant
10 a.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant

July 31, 7 a.m. - airman basic through staff sergeant
9 a.m. - officers

Air Force officials recently introduced the new evaluation and feedback forms as part of the personnel process transformation. The changes to the forms are designed to make them more user-friendly while accurately reflecting an Airman's performance.

The new forms also include the addition of physical fitness documentation to both evaluation and feedback forms.

For more information on the briefings, call Master Sgt. Cole at (609) 754-4405. Questions on the new forms should be directed to HQ AFPC/DPPPEP, evaluations programs management branch at DSN 665-2571 or e-mail AFPC.DPPPE@randolph.af.mil.
