Can Do Crew
The Can Do Crew would like to recognize Master Sgt. Rance Bell, 6th Airlift Squadron readiness superintendent. Sergeant Bell's contributions to his unit and Team McGuire can be summed up by a quote from one of his Airmen, "He does everything in his power to teach the younger Airmen and NCOs all that he knows. Not only is he a teacher, but a student. He always walks around with an open mind and a set of open ears. On a good day Sergeant Bell spends about 10 hours in the office. And when you think he's going home to relax, he still brings his work home with him. He really brings out the meaning of working 24 hours a day 365 days a year. I can't really say that there is just one thing Sergeant Bell has done that would make him stick out but maybe it's because he never stops doing things to the best of his ability. I truly believe that Sergeant Bell is a true leader and follower and has one of the best ‘Can Do’ attitudes around." Sergeant Bell's outstanding attitude has not only been recognized by his leadership, but he also serves as an excellent role model to his Airmen. This level of service given by Sergeant Bell allows others to do their jobs better and exudes the "Can-Do" spirit.
