Maj Gen Hawkins
Maj. Gen. James A. Hawkins, 18th Air Force commander, is greeted by Col. Rick Martin, 305th Air Mobility Wing commander. General and Mrs. Hawkins, along with Chief Master Sgt. Brye McMillon, 18th Air Force command chief, arrived here Thursday for a two-day visit. General Hawkins is visiting the 305th Air Mobility Wing to review operations, Air Force Smart Operations for the 21st Century/lean initiatives, status of the 8044 program and to discuss junior enlisted issues.
