Philadelphia nightclub off-limits to McGuire Airmen Published Jan. 25, 2007 MCGUIRE AIR FORCE BASE, N.J. -- "Ledo by Night," a nightclub in Philadelphia, is now off-limits to all McGuire Airmen indefinitely. Col. Rick Martin, 305th Air Mobility Wing commander, recently approved the order to prevent servicemembers from being exposed to or victimized by crime-conducive conditions, following the stabbing death of Airman 1st Class Lam Ho, 819th Global Support Squadron. According to the order, the incident has highlighted the necessity to maintain good discipline, health, morals, safety and the welfare of servicemembers, and to prevent other undesirable conditions that may adversely affect members of the military or their families. Personnel who violate this off-limits order may be subject to discipline under Article 92, Uniform Code of Military Justice. The order will remain in effect until it is rescinded in writing by the Armed Forces Disciplinary Control Board.
