The following members stationed at JB MDL or its associate units were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in December 2015:
Nonjudicial Punishment Actions

A senior airman from the 305 Maintenance Group received an Article 15 for wrongful use of Oxymorphone.  The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $1,027.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A technical sergeant from the 305th Maintenance Group received an Article 15 for dereliction of duty and signing a false official statement. The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of staff sergeant, suspended forfeiture of $1,562.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A staff sergeant from the 87th Civil Engineering Group received an Article 15 for driving while intoxicated.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Suspended reduction to the grade of senior airman, forfeiture of $1,562.00 pay per month for two months, 30 days extra duty and a reprimand.

A senior airman from the 87th Mission Support Group received an Article 15 for failure to obey a lawful order and simple assault.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of airman first class, suspended forfeiture of $1,027.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

An airman first class from the 87th Civil Engineering Group received an Article 15 for dereliction of duty and failure to go.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Suspended reduction to the grade of airman, suspended forfeiture of $867.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.
