The following members stationed at JB MDL or its associate units were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice in January 2016:
Nonjudicial Punishment Actions
 
An Airman 1st Class from the 305th Maintenance Group received an Article 15 for wrongful use of marijuana.  The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeiture of $783.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

An Airman 1st Class from the 305th Operations Group received an Article 15 for misusing the Government Travel Card and making and signing a false official statement. The commander imposed the following punishment:  Suspended reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeiture of $867.00 pay for one month, 14 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

A Senior Airman from the 87th Civil Engineering Group received an Article 15 for wrongful use of cocaine.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman, forfeiture of $773.00 pay for one month, and a reprimand.

A Senior Airman from the 87th Mission Support Group received an Article 15 for failure to obey a lawful order.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman, suspended forfeiture of $773.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.
