The following members stationed at JB MDL or its associate units were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice in September and October 2015:

Nonjudicial Punishment Actions

A Master Sgt. from a tenant unit received an Article 15 for wrongful use of marijuana.  The commander imposed the following punishment: Reduction to the grade of Tech. Sgt. and a reprimand.

A Staff Sgt. from the 305th Operations Group received an Article 15 for being AWOL for less than three days, failing to obey a lawful order and making a false official statement.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,027.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A SrA from the 87th Civil Engineering Group received an Article 15 for possession and use of a Schedule I controlled substance (ecstasy).  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman Basic and a reprimand.

A SrA from the 87th Mission Support Group received an Article 15 for drunk driving.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Suspended reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, forfeiture of $969.00 pay per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A SrA from the 305th Operations Group received an Article 15 for Assault upon a law enforcement officer, wrongful use of a Schedule I controlled substance, and being AWOL for less than three days.   The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, suspended forfeiture of $1,027.00 per month for one month, and a reprimand.

A SrA from the 621st Contingency Response Group received an Article 15 for being AWOL for less than three days and for making a false official statement.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman First Class, suspended forfeiture of $1,027.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A SrA from the 621st Contingency Response Group received an Article 15 for wrongful use of a Schedule II controlled substance (cocaine).  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, suspended forfeiture of $773.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.
