JOINT BASE MCGUIRE-DIX-LAKEHURST, N.J. --  The following members stationed at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst or its associate units were punished under the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ) in July and August 2015:

Nonjudicial Punishment Actions

A Senior Airman from the 305th Operations Group received an Article 15 for failing to obey a general order, by misusing the Government Travel Card.  The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of Airman 1st Class and a reprimand.

A Senior Airman from the 305th Maintenance Group received an Article 15 for failing to go and making a false official statement.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman 1st Class, suspended forfeiture of $1,027.00 pay per month for two months and a reprimand.

A Staff Sgt. from the 305th Maintenance Group received an Article 15 for willful dereliction of duty.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Suspended reduction to the grade of Senior Airman and a reprimand.

A Senior Airman from the 305th Maintenance Group received an Article 15 for sexual assault and making a false official statement.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Airman, forfeiture of $773.00 per month for two months, and a reprimand.

A Staff Sgt. from the 305th Operations Group received an Article 15 for Drunken Driving.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Senior Airman, suspended forfeiture of $1,225.00 per month for two months, suspended 20 days extra duty, and a reprimand.

A Staff Sgt. from the 305th Operations Group received an Article 15 for negligent use of a Government Travel Card and larceny of over $500 in military property.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Reduction to the grade of Senior Airman and a reprimand.

An Airman 1st Class from the 305th Operations Group received an Article 15 for negligent use of a Government Travel Card.  The commander imposed the following punishment:  Suspended reduction to the grade of Airman and a reprimand.

A Staff Sgt. from the 87th Support Group received an Article 15 for negligent dereliction of duty.  The commander imposed the following punishment: Suspended reduction to the grade of Senior Airman and a reprimand.
