McGuire to get new myPay kiosks

By Capt. Morris Wesley 305th Comptroller Squadron

Four Air Force myPay kiosks are being installed in high-traffic areas around base, two of which are scheduled to be installed in the beginning of April. The kiosks will provide Team McGuire members access to various Air Force Web sites and their services, specifically myPay.

Team McGuire members will be able to access their pay and personnel information and use it as a means to print out a copy of their leave and earnings statement.

The kiosks will offer instant access to the Air Force Personnel Center, TRICARE Online, and the Virtual Military Personnel Flight and Civilian Personnel Flight. The kiosks feature a built-in keyboard, touchscreen and printer to allow users to print out their LES, W-2s and other helpful information.

The intent is to provide members with flexibility in managing their pay. MyPay allows members to change direct deposit, print out five years of W- 2s, change allotments and TSP information, update personal information and have access to their pay information seven days before it hits their account. Members will also be able to research per diem rates, local basic allowance for housing rates, access LeaveWeb and make a payment on their government travel card. Team McGuire members will also be able to print out numerous forms and applications.

The myPay Web site is https://mypay.dfas.mil/. MyPay personal identification numbers can be requested on the myPay site or issued by the 305th Comptroller Squadron. Team McGuire members can also stop by Building 2906 or send an e-mail to finance@mcguire.af.mil to request the information.
