Greetings! As part of Team McGuire and the Joint Base community, you have done a fantastic job every day, 24/7 x 365, delivering superb service to our customers! I've valued your skills, knowledge and abilities the past few years. You have taught me lot! Thank you.

No one came close to your passion for who you are and what you do. Your professionalism has been above all. You've been leaders and you have been followers at the right time and right place for the right effect: personalized service to customers - or PEOPLE: Patients, Enrollees, Ourselves, Partners, and LEaders. You have taken care of each other as caregivers and wingmen. That's a tribute to your unique inner qualities as Airmen, warriors and healthcare professionals. Thanks.

As I look back on the past two to three years, my only regret is not doing a better job at asking and convincing all 18,000 enrollees to perform more CPR - Complement, Praise and Recognize each and every one of you. You are great. You just have to know it in your heart!

Your proactive personalized service and pride has inspired and infected the entire community. I listen and hear it every day. While others are just now reading the book "Good to Great", you've been writing the book "Great to Greater"! You are leaving a lasting legacy on your customers, the Air Force medical service, and military health system. Your stories are being told. You are the envy of your civilian counter parts. You have won their hearts and minds. Thanks!

While at times you've hesitated, pushed back and gritted your teeth on a myriad of challenges, you have constantly improved Medical Group programs, processes and service. That's all part of team work and team building. When you look back, mission excellence in all areas has never been better. Never! As part of your continuous quality improvement journey, your consistency, your positive mental attitude, your personalized service, and your teamwork, you never faltered nor failed. It's a beacon for the rest to follow. Thanks.

Our journey has helped develop and mold a team of "can do, will do" healthcare professionals for today's and tomorrow's customer. Reaching out and connecting with our customers has enhanced relations, increased great quality care, safety and compliance, and built our reputation as a "second to none" organization. Thanks.

Equally important, no one has come close to your dedication on taking care of the most important element in society or weapon system: the human being. No one! What you have done is help our nation win the Global War on Terrorism. You did it by keeping our warriors fit to fight tonight, exceeding their family's healthcare needs, and restoring the trust and promise of lifetime healthcare benefits for those who have served. You also sent a strong message to our adversaries by demonstrating our untiring resolve, resiliency, and unwavering ability to take care of each other regardless of our beliefs, values, race, color, creed or religion. Thanks.

Above all, you are a nation's model for today's and tomorrow's patient! You're invited to continue the journey! It's an experience you will be able to share with your colleagues and families for years to come. Promise. If I can help you in any way, let me know. Thanks again for the great consistent service you perform for our patients, customers and the nation! You are America's Airmen. You have answered your nation's and customer's call. Thanks.
