Army Reserve debuts new energy-efficient Soldier center
Maj. Gen. William D. Razz Waff, 99th Regional Support Command commander, along with Virginia Army Reserve and political leaders cut the ribbon during a ceremony opening the new Army Reserve Center April 25, 2013, on Fort A.P. Hill, Va.
