Pennsylania State Police Cpl. Dan Mosura raises his right hand to swear in as a New Jersey State Police officer at the Joint Training and Training Development Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Nov. 5, 2012. The New Jersey State Police superintendent and New Jersey attorney general flew into the base to hold a mass swear-in ceremony for more than 250 state police officers from eight states.
