Maj. Gen. William D. Razz Waff, commanding general of the Army Reserve's 99th Regional Support Command, fifth from left, is joined by fellow Soldiers and civilians to celebrate the Army's 237th Birthday June 14 outside the Maj. John P. Pryor Army Reserve Center at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The 99th RSC acts as a "virtual installation" that provides world-class base operations support to more than 51,000 Army Reserve Soldiers, 400 units and 300 facilities for the entire Northeast Region from Maine to Virginia for the Army Reserve. The unit works to give Warrior-Citizens and their Families the finest care, support, services and training they deserve. (U.S. Army by Shawn Morris/Released)
