99th RSC improves Yellow Ribbon experience
A couple looks over paperwork on resume building during a recent Yellow Ribbon Reintegration event in Niagara Falls, N.Y., hosted by the 99th Regional Support Command March 2 through 4. The Yellow Ribbon program consists of seven events that take place at intervals before and after mobilization, which gives the Soldiers and family members information, counseling skills and techniques for upcoming deployments and re-deployments.
