Staff Sgt. Andrew Dunn, survival, evasion, resistance and escape instructor from Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., directs aircrew members to form a human chain during water survival training on Aug. 4, 2011, at Barnegat Bay, N.J.
