JB MDL ALS
The Kish Airman Leadership School mission statement is: "Prepare senior airmen to be professional, warfighting Airmen who can supervise and lead Air Force work teams to support the employment of air, space, and cyberspace power". The Kish ALS prepares the Air Force’s future enlisted leaders. Here the students are reintroduced to drill procedures instilled during basic military training to develop teamwork, accountability, compliance, camaraderie, and discipline, as well as to form the basis for standards and self-pride.
