Drum, N.Y., plays the role of subordinate to Senior Airman William Relford, 305th Aerial Support Squadron, during an interpersonal communications lesson. This lesson challenges students to examine how to apply effective interpersonal communication skills in an organizational setting to enhance supervisory effectiveness. The Kish Airman Leadership School curriculum consists of 192 total hours 10 credit hours can be applied to a Community College of the Air Force degree.
