MOAA presents JOoY award
The Militay Officers Association of America, N.J. Lakes & Pines Chapter held its Secobd Junior Officer of the Year brunch recognizing Capt. David Gaulin, 6th Airlift Squadron assistant operations officer and C-17 Evaluator Aircraft commander, as its Junior Officer of the Year. The award was presented by Brig. Gen. Bill Bender, USAF Expeditionary Center commander, and Lt. Col. Ray Russell, USAF retired event chairman. All nominees were recognized and presented a one year membership in MOAA. Additionally, Bender, a lifetime member of MOAA, delivered a brief informative talk focusing on the high qulity of young officers. (Courtesy photo)
