USAF EC prepares to stand up new squadron
Lt. Col. Ralph Muli, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center chief of Tactics, Techniques and Procedures Division, works at his computer March 17, sorting through details of standing up the 422 Joint Tactics Squadron that will be assigned to the Expeditionary Center.
