Chaplain recognized

Center, Chaplain Rabbi (Capt.) Raphael Berdugo, 305th Air Mobility Wing, accepts a proclamation Jan. 1, signed by newly-appointed Lakewood Township Mayor Coles, honoring him for his service to our country and his upcoming deployment.
