AL ASAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Staff Sgt. Rodvincent Abaya, a 557th Expeditionary REDHORSE structures technician, mills a 2-by-6 piece of wood for the door of a small-arms classroom the engineers built for the Marines here. REDHORSE is an Air Force engineer squadron, whose main function is to take a strip of uninhabited land and turn it into a fully functioning base.
