REMEMBERING LIEUTENANT JONES

Familiy members of former Air Force 1st Lt. George Jones gather at the burial site for the lieutenant in Arlington National Cemetery in Washington May 28, 2007. The family held a 10-year reunion of Lieutenant Jones being buried at Arlington and invited a special guest to join them -- Air Force Staff Sgt. Gary Ritter of the U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center from Fort Dix, N.J. Sergeant Ritter gave the daughter of Lieutenant Jones a POW/MIA bracelet he'd held on to for 19 years in hopes of one day giving it to the family. He did so on Memorial Day 2007.
