Can Do Crew - Mrs. Thompson

The Can Do Crew would like to recognize Roseclair Thompson, 305th Contracting Squadron. She has taken on two very significant positions within the squadron; construction flight chief and services and acquisition team leader. These are both full time positions and require a great amount of time and attention to individual workloads. Mrs. Thompson was given the opportunity to lead the construction flight and took it on full force. Additionally, she awarded the first joint base contract for custodial services at Lakehurst Naval Engineering Air Station for $4.6 million. Furthermore, she issued several contracts for Air Mobility Battlelab initiatives, which reduce mobility response time and costs, while increasing the warfighters effectiveness. In her spare time, Mrs. Thompson earned a master’s degree in acquisition management from American Graduate University while maintaining a 4.0 grade point average. This GPA contributed to her induction into the prestigious Delta Epsilon Tau International Honors Society. Among her professional and personal feats, Mrs. Thompson is a great trainer and mentor and always has time to give guidance and training when necessary. She is an asset to the squadron and a lynchpin in the continuing success of the Can Do wing! Be aware that the “Can Do Crew” is everywhere, looking for outstanding service. They covertly seek members of Team McGuire who make a difference, identifying and recognizing only the best! Remember, the strongest asset of Team McGuire is its people; you are what makes McGuire a better place to live, work and play!
