305 APS practice Rodeo 2009
After the crunches, the 305th Aerial Port Squadron Rodeo Team pushes out two minutes of push-ups and then runs a 1/4-mile lap. Rodeo is an annual competition where units like the 305th APS send out their best representatives to be judged and compete against other units throughout the Air Force. They are usually judged on team cohesiveness, job skill and knowledge, attention to detail, safety and speed. (U.S. Air Force photo/Wayne Russell)
