'Fit to Fight'
Senior Master Sgt. Clarence Yoh, Eastern Recruiting Squadron senior recruiter, gets “Fit to Fight” on an elliptical machine at the fitness center here recently. The Air Force’s “Fit to Fight” program, introduced in 2004, replaced the cycle ergometry test. The new test includes a 1.5-mile timed run, push-ups, sit-ups and abdominal circumference measurement.
