Staff Sgt. Lynn Plemons, 305th Maintenance Squadron Maintenance Fabrication Flight training manager, uses a box and pan brake to bend tabs on a sheet of metal. When the red lever is pushed back, the metal is clamped and secured in place. The yellow area is called the bending leaf and moves up to bend the metal into shape. Any metal that is too thick for the machine to bend is moved over to the hydraulic brake. (U.S. Air Force photo/Carlos Cintron)
