Time to tackle another hill: Spin class attendees adjust the resistance and stand up to keep on going. The spin class is just one of a few aerobic classes offered on various days and times at the McGuire Fitness Center. Class times and schedules are available on the 305th Services Squadron Web site - www.305services.com - or by calling the fitness center at (609) 754-6085.
