After an intense workout, Latoya Makeham, spouse of Master Sergeant Jeffery Makeham with the 514th Recruiting Squadron, orders a custom low-calorie smoothie from John Rohn of Cold FuZion. Cold FuZion, located in the fitness center lobby, not only offers drinks and snacks but also has personal trainers and a message therapist available to fitness center patrons.
