Left, Col. Richard Anderson, 621st Contingency Response Wing vice commander and Lt. Col. Michael Pratt, 819th Global Support Squadron commander, cut the ribbon during the inauguration ceremony of Building 3422 Oct. 31. The new building will accommodate the 819th GSS command support staff and training flight personnel. The building will serve as the primary location for several training requirements, including classroom instruction for the entire 621st CRW.
