‘Odyssey of Love’ brings AF widow to late husband’s former aircraft
Rachael-Grace Aganda and her mother, Alison Miller, pose in front of their vehicle, which is in front of a static C-141B Starlifter aircraft Sept. 29, 2014, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Miller, widow of retired Air Force Master Sgt. Chuck Dearing, and Aganda, daughter of Dearing, embarked on a journey to travel across the U.S. in a custom painted SUV and trailer to celebrate a late husband and father’s life on what they call an “Odyssey of Love”. The significance of posing in front of the C-141 is that Dearing worked on the aircraft before retiring from active duty. (U.S. Air Force photo by Staff Sgt. Scott Saldukas/Released)
