VR-64 Change of Command

Navy Cmdr. Todd Boland, outgoing commander and Weehawken, N.J. native, delivers his final remarks to an audience of more than 300 shipmates, families and guests at the Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 64 change of command ceremony held June 6, 2015, on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J.
