Joint Base MDL EOD Airmen conduct emergency response training with FBI, EPA

An explosive ordnance disposal robot searches for a simulated dispersal unit while an Environmental Protection Agency plume generator operates in the background during a three-day, multi-agency emergency response exercise at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, on July 12, 2017. The plume generator provided 87th Civil Engineer Squadron EOD technicians with advanced level of training by integrating larger radiation sources into training.
