New Fit for Life program helps Army Reserve remain ready, resilient

Soldiers complete the sit-up component of the diagnostic Army Physical Fitness Test, kicking off the Fit for Life (F2L) program, Aug 5. F2L is an Army reserve pilot program designed to help Soldiers who are not eligible to re-enlist due to not meeting the Army height and weight program or physical fitness standards. The program not only assist Soldiers in improving their physical fitness, nutrition and resiliency, but also enhances Army Reserve readiness and retention. (U.S. Army Reserve photo by Spc.
