U.S. Army Reserve Soldiers wait in line to get their vitals done during a Solider Readiness Improvement Program event held at the Joint Readiness Center on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, Sept. 22. The SIRP event offers Soldiers a wide range of services that are not normally provided or available during a normal battle assembly weekend, such as medical appointments and personnel appointments.
