U.S. Air Force Col. Neil R. Richardson, Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst and 87th Air Base Wing commander, U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. James Fitch, 87th ABW command chief, and U.S. Army Col. Daniel Grassetti, U.S Army Support Activity-Fort Dix deputy commander, received a Water Production Plant tour March 26, 2019 at Joint Base MDL, New Jersey.
