ASA-Ft. Dix prepares for ACFT
Sgt. 1st Class Sean Sweeney, Army Combat Fitness Test instructor, gives instructions to Master Fitness Trainers at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, May 7, 2019. The Army Support Activity-Fort Dix hosted an ACFT Mobile Training Team to teach Soldiers how to administer and execute the new test. It is designed to test muscular strength, muscular endurance, power, speed, agility, cardio endurance, balance, flexibility, coordination and reaction time. The ASA-Ft. Dix will become the training site for all local U.S. Army Reserve units to conduct the ACFT.
