NGAA All-Aluminum Pallet
Aerial port operators from the 305th Air Mobility Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey upload cargo onto a C-17 using Next Generation All-Aluminum pallets for the Logistics Service Test conducted by AMC Test and Evaluation Squadron on 20 June 2019. Testing will assess the pallet performance and compatibility with material handling equipment as a form, fit and function replacement for the 493L cargo pallet currently in wide-spread use within the defense transportation cargo handling system.
