U.S. Air Force Senior Airman Armani Everson, 305th Maintenance Squadron Fabrication Flight aircraft structural maintenance journeymen, places a piece of sheet metal into a machine to be cut on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, Oct. 16, 2019. Aircraft structural maintenance Airmen inspect structures and components to determine operational status and can use sheet metal on aircraft to ensure each plane is suited to fly at a moment’s notice.
