USAF Surgeon General visits Joint Base MDL

Lt. Gen. Dorothy Hogg, U.S. Air Force Surgeon General, and Chief Master Sgt. G. Steve Cum, Chief of the Medical Enlisted Force, host an all call for the 87th Medical Group during a tour at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., Nov. 21, 2019. During the all call, medical staff had an opportunity to address questions or concerns directed toward military medicine and the future of programs, patient care and training. Hogg spoke of the importance to not only think outside of the box, but to think without the box and challenge the boundaries and guidelines provided to medical professionals.
