305th MXS metals technology shop builds protective masks to fight COVID-19
Senior Airman George Denton, 305th Maintenance Squadron aircraft metals technology specialist, operates a water jet machine to cut out a test headband that will be used to create more than 500 protective masks on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., April 16, 2020. While not being tasked by Air Mobility Command or any Air Force agency, the metals shop wanted to help create the masks because they knew it was the right thing to do.
