Forging our Future Force with the Airpower Leadership Academy
U.S. Air Force noncommissioned officers assigned to Joint Base McGuire-Dix- Lakehurst are lectured by Chief Master Sgt. Anthony Green, U.S. Air Force Expeditionary Center, command chief, during Airpower Leadership Academy (ALA) on 7 March, 2022, at the Infinity Spark Innovation Lab on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. The ALA is a 305th Air Mobility Wing initiative created to supplement the leadership training offered to noncommissioned officers on the joint base. The weeklong course uses the U.S. Air Force Enlisted Force Development Action Plan as a framework to accelerate the growth and development of future enlisted leaders.
