605th AMXS dedicates heritage room to fallen Airman

U.S. Air Force Lt. Col. Benjamin Lowry, 605th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron commander, and Staff Sgt. Joshua Logsdon, 605th AMXS crew chief, unveil a plaque dedicated to Staff Sgt. Franklin Kaunang in the 605th AMXS heritage room on Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J., May 16, 2022. The Franklin Maintenance Heritage Room is dedicated to Kaunang, who spent four years as a crew chief with the 605th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron until he retrained to become a flight engineer on C-130s.
