U.S. Army Col. Jon Brierton, Army Support Activity Dix commander, poses for a photo on 13 July, 2022, at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, N.J. Brierton completed basic combat training at ASA Fort Dix in 1990 and returned 30 years later as Garrison and Joint Base Deputy Commander. Under his leadership, Brierton’s team assisted with COVID-19 pandemic relief and supported 13,000 Afghan refugees during Operations Allies Welcome/Refuge.
